He is one of the Asst. Directors of Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has been with SEC since year 1991. He held the designations of Attorney II, III, IV, and V before he held in year 2000 his Asst. Director position. Aside from exposures in the corporate regulatory agency of the government, he had taught “Business Organizations” in several universities and colleges of the University of Pangasinan’s College of Law; Virgen Milagrosa University College of Law; Bulacan State University College of Law; College of Law of Philippine Cambridge College and National College of Business And Arts, College of Accountancy. He had delivered lectures on Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminars; Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Continuing Professional Education seminars and Trade and Investments seminars on topics such as Legal Infrastructure on Corporate and Partnership Registration; SEC Powers and Retained Jurisdiction; Duties and Responsibilities of a Corporate Secretary; Mergers and Consolidations; Corporate Re-organizations and Quasi Re-organizations; Company’s Monitoring; Corporation Code of the Philippines and Securities Regulation Code; and Registration of Foreign Corporations and Investments.
