Dean of the De La Salle University College of Law, is Professor of Law and Executive Director of the Diokno Law Center. He is a Bar member of both the Republic of the Philippines and the State of Illinois. He is also the chairman of the Free Legal Assistance Groups (FLAG), the oldest and largest organization of human rights in the Philippines. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy degree from the University of the Philippines. He graduated magna cum laude from the Northern Illinois University College of Law with the degree Juris Doctor of Laws. |
